Subject: wish i could go back and re-live this one...
...but this is as good as its goona get.
FREAKING awesome show - astounding performance, killer energy, great setlist, this show had it all, and this is a really nice recording to top it off. They dont come 'round so often, so Im glad this night was everything I'd hoped and more.
My wife and I had such a fun time that night thanks to moe...and booze. (although i remember it like i was sober!)
Durring Seat of My Pants Chuch and Al jumpped up on their amps agressively and rocked everyone's socks off, and durring the crazy slow part of meat jam, Chuck , Al, and Rob all started kneeling down on the rugs in front of them and got really engulfed in the moment.
See if you think the jam at the end of The pit sounds like that Beck song "two turntables".
And since im a pretty big Monsoon fan, too, the eminence front cover with Moe.nsoon was such a highlight. (NM rocks this cover so hard)
The only thing that was crappy is that we had to leave right after meat ended because I took bart up to the city and had to catch that last train back home - so im very greatful to hear the end, which continued the show's aforementioned sickness....
Also, I thought this recording was lil better than the other, but I did only compare the first bit of 32 things, so not a full comparison.

Notes

* cover of The Who - first time played - feat. several members of New Monsoon
